Súmula 190
Ao julgar ou homologar ação coletiva ou acordo nela havido, o Tribunal Superior do Trabalho exerce o poder normativo constitucional, não podendo criar ou homologar condições de trabalho que o Supremo Tribunal Federal julgue iterativamente inconstitucionais.
